Week day hire details.

HIRE CHARGE: There is a daily charge of $250.00 for day time hires between 8am and 5pm.  
This is to be paid 30 days before the hire date.

BOOKING FEE: A $50.00 non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure your booking.  This $50.00 is part of the $250.00 hire charge.  The booking fee will not be refunded if you cancel your booking and/or if the final payment is not made within 7 days of the due date.

HIRE PERIOD: The normal hire period for a weekday hire is from 8:00 am on the day of the hire to 5:00 pm.

ACCESS ON THE DAY: Arrangements will be made prior to the hire to look at the club and the handover of keys.

DAMAGE TO THE CLUBROOMS:  In the event that the club is damaged during your hire period, we will invoice you for the repair of this damage.

PAYMENT:

All details of payment will be on the invoices sent out to you.
